D-FAST® is a premium Windows-based software specifically designed to accurately and efficiently complete the multitude of tasks associated with setting up, tracking, and managing Special Financing Districts ("SFD's"). It is the only one of its kind that can handle the myriad of details involved. NBS distilled years of direct experience managing such SFD's, and took input from attorneys, financial advisors and underwriters, engineers, and other professionals to create D-FAST®. Public agencies across the United States rely on D-FAST® for the administration of their Special Financing Districts.

D-FAST® is more efficient, effective and intuitive than any other option available. D-FAST® increases your output and accuracy while decreasing the problems that can arise when setting up and managing SFD's. D-FAST® can be compatible with accounting systems, geographical information systems (GIS), web portals and other applications.

The process of amortizing a lien, debt or loan is complicated, and it must be done accurately. D-FAST® utilizes the TValue software to make such calculations. TValue is the gold standard for assuring accuracy in the accounting, mortgage and banking arenas.

A public agency has two options on the use of D-FAST®. It can be utilized either over the Internet or installed by the agency on an In-house Server. The Internet, or ASP, mode allows the agency to minimize server maintenance and IT costs yet utilize the full power of D-FAST® . With the In-house mode, the agency maintains a server and the data within their network.

D-FAST® provides for different billing processes, depending on the need. Direct bills can be generated via the built-in report writer, or exported to Microsoft Word or other programs. Data exports can also be generated for transfer to other parties for actual billing and collection.

Managing the plethora of details for delinquencies is made easy with D-FAST®. Reports and correspondence can be easily generated. Tracking data and calculating any type of late fee, interest and penalty is part of the program.

Importing and exporting data with D-FAST® is very simple. This allows for efficient data transfers, whether for analysis or other purposes.

D-FAST® utilizes Crystal Reports, one of the most robust and widely-used reporting tools available. There are more than 60 standard reports available in D-FAST. With the Crystal tool, any number of specialized reports and printouts can be created for a wide variety of needs.

D-FAST® utilizes the common Windows-based setup, and was written with the end user in mind. It is intuitive and features pull-down menus and many routines and short cuts for the administrator.

Accuracy and control are paramount when it comes to managing data, and D-FAST® has the tools to ensure these. For example, the TValue program embedded in D-FAST is the best available for accurate amortizations.

D-FAST® allows for the import and export of data in many standard and custom-defined templates. This allows for data transfer to other programs and uses, and the import of property and accounting data.
